First Choice Property Solutions Ltd is a family run business with a long history and experience in bathroom fittings, specialist tiling, renovations and general property services. First Choice offer a professional service, pride ourselves on our high quality work and provide excellent communication and customer service. Our Services
Bathroom Installation
We offer a comprehensive service from helping you redesign your bathroom, to supplying all materials, to the removal of your old suite, to the complete new installation, including all plumbing, electrics and tiling.
Tiling
Whether it is your bathroom, kitchen, floors or walls, we can meet all or any of your tiling needs. From ceramic and porcelain, to marble and natural stone.
Plastering
From skimming walls and ceilings to complete re-plastering, we can carry out the work at hand and offer the best possible advice.
Painting & Decorating
If you are looking for a completely fresh look throughout the house, or just the odd room painted, we are here to help. We also undertake external decorating work from windows to fences!
Plumbing
First Choice provide general plumbing services including the installation of white goods, fitting new taps, leak and pipework repairs and shower installations.
Handyman
Perhaps you need some help around the house putting up pictures, hanging doors or even assembling flat pack furniture – no job is too big or too small so please don’t hesitate to contact us for anything you need assistance with.
Gardens
We offer a general garden maintenance service. This can involve help with a spring tidy up, ongoing lawn cutting, laying new turf, fence repairs or gutter clearance.
Electrics
We can provide electrical services from fuse board changes, light switch changes to oven and hob installations, with NICEIC certification.
Landlords
Here at First Choice, we understand the needs of Landlords, especially when it comes to getting a property ready for a new Tenant. If you need some redecoration between tenancies we can offer a speedy, efficient and excellent quality finish to ensure you have a happy Tenant from the start.

We can also offer you a pre-tenancy health check. This service will establish whether your property is ready for your Tenant... Checks include all light bulbs, all toilets, smoke alarm positioning and effectiveness, whether carbon monoxide alarms are installed where required under legislation and are working, as well as ensuring the garden is weed free and the lawn freshly cut. We will check this and more, then do any work necessary for you.
We can be your first point of call during a Tenancy should there be any maintenance issues.
